Weekly menu ideas

The weekly menu section is designed to give the busy athlete cooking and meal planning ideas. Portions and quantities of foods at meals and snacks are estimates.   Please adapt the portions and quantities to reflect your calorie needs and add snacks as needed.  See the Snack section for more snack ideas.  If you are unsure of your individual calories and/or nutrient needs, please consult your dietitian. There is also some information on this under the weight balance button on the special needs page.

We have two different energy levels available, please choose your approximate energy level to view the weekly menus:

2000 kcals per day

2600 kcals per day

3500 kcals per day
